Alabama and Arizona are being sued by Barack Hussein Obama to farther his insidious plan to erase our borders and allow millions of potential new Democrat voters to flow in and snuff out our liberties.
Both states have taken strong measures to get their illegal alien problem under control and both are experiencing improvements in their unemployment rates, but the results in Alabama have been stunning.
Since putting its tough anti-illegal alien bill (H. B. 56) into effect last September Alabama has seen an overnight increase in the number of her citizens working and a drop in the percentage of Alabamians collecting unemployment benefits.
The numbers tell the story and they are embarrassing for Obama. In the first month after H.B. 56 became law Alabama’s unemployment rate fell from 9.8 to 9.3 percent. Last month the number dropped to 8.1% which is .4% below the national average. Some quick math shows this is a 1.7% drop.
The real life Main Street result of what Alabama’s Republicans have done is visible across their state. Because of H.B. 56 an enraged Barack Obama is suing Alabama. The more than 41,000 Alabama families who now have a bread winner going off to work every day means nothing to Obama because they are not voting for Democrats anyway.
In just three months Alabama has moved up from being the 42nd worst unemployment state to the 28th on the national list.
The numbers from Alabama will continue to improve as more illegal aliens come to understand that the “Heart of Dixie” is not a place to sneak into. Those with minimal skills, now filling jobs Americans want, will continue to leave and sneak into neighboring states.
Both Georgia and Mississippi have unemployment rates substantially above the putative national average of 8.5%, and this promises to be a continuing pattern. As one state stands firmer against these illegal invaders its neighboring states will find them flooding their workplaces schools hospital and jails. Which part of this is hard to understand?

This is why I cannot support Gingrich. His stand on illegal immigration is the worst of any Republican candidate.
Coach-excellent article but you're lowballing the impact of this great legislation. To go from 9.8% unemployment to 8.1% unemployment translates to a 17% reduction in unemployment-not 1.7%. This is DRAMATIC. If all states do this it will create an avalanche of EXIGRATION-a term you should coin to describe what happens when we enforce immigration law at a federal level and when states decide to put their taxpayers and unemployed Americans first.
Arpaio was not amused.
“I’ll be happy to meet with DOJ anytime,” Arpaio told WND. “But I believe we have a right to see the evidence DOJ says they have against us and to defend ourselves against the charges.”
Arpaio bristled that Perez presumed the charges were valid, simply because the DOJ investigated his office.
“What about our right to see the evidence and confront our accusers?” Arpaio asked.
As WND reported, some Arpaio supporters point to evidence that the Obama DOJ has launched a political campaign against the sheriff in retaliation for his decision to constitute a Cold Case Posse to investigate Obama eligibility for the Arizona ballot this fall.
Before assuming his current position with the DOJ, Perez was a board director for Casa de Maryland, a Hispanic advocacy group affiliated with the radical national organization La Raza.
In 2007, as Maryland’s labor secretary, Perez joined students to urge the Maryland legislature to approve a bill granting in-state tuition rates to illegal aliens, according to the Washington Post.
La Raza even today holds the extreme view that the United States should, as a minimum, concede back to Hispanic rule major portions of California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas.
WND has also reported that the DOJ appears to be coordinating its actions with Randy Parraz, a California-born activist/attorney who has relocated in Arizona with the announced goal of masterminding a Saul Alinsky series of 1960-styled political protests designed to force the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to ask for Arpaio’s resignation.
“I have no intention of resigning,” Arpaio affirmed to WND.
Arpaio has announced his attention to seek a sixth term as Maricopa County sheriff in the upcoming November elections…..
Stephen…good article ! I would like to make one point if I may though…Obama, Holder and DOJ began their harassment and phony "investigation" of "America's Sheriff", Arpaio, prior to his formation of the "Cold Case Posse".
This all began shortly after the State of Arizona filed the lawsuit against the Federal government re: immigration enforcement deficiencies ala our Federal Govt.. When Arpaio said he would enforce Arizona's new illegal alien laws that is when he earned the enmity of "The-Opportunist-in-the-Oval-Office" and his chief thug, Holder.
I imagine that it was not too difficult, or much of a "stretch" for Arpaio, after such a Presidential slap in the face, to then launch his own investigation of Obama when folks in his county made him aware of their many concerns about Obama's eligibility to be President.
My thought is that we should all pay an on-line visit to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office where Sheriff Joe is in residence, and offer our deepest thanks to a man who has the spine and the stones to stand up to the worst President in American history.
Perez, Casa de Maryland, Randy Paraz, and LaRaza, etal, are taking this country to Hell in a hand-basket and I, for one will not stand idly by and watch it happen.
I trust that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors also has a website where LEGAL residents across this country can report their absolute support and confidence in the integrity and actions of Sheriff Joe Arpaio……that should be "Action item #2", after thanking Arpaio.

This old "SOUTHERN–BOY" is from Cullman Alabama, and I want to say thank you Coach for the great article. We folks from the South know what it is like to hear a bunch of YANKS–(LIBS, and TURN-COAT REPUBLICANS)–Run there mouths, and say things they actually do not know anything about. I also want to say they should make some of the dam YANKS from up North have to put up with all the damage that is being done from all the damage to the health-care, and to all other Gov. services around the places where illegals are pouring into this country from. That is one of the largest reasons why my wife, and I left Miami Fla. There is no possible reason that the area in Miami Fla. can continue to allow the Cubans from Cuba to just keep streaming into the city without it going bankrupt, and that is what is happening all over this country, and that is why i applaud Alabama, and Arizona, and I SAY TO O-"DUMMY" SCREW YOU, AND ERIC–"THE IDIOT" HOLDER.
