The full face of political evil and arrogance showed its ugly features when progressives went up against the folks. And what we saw were the cruel, prideful, insensitive machinations of an Obama administration whose mantra involves the ends justifying any of their means. Showing no interest in their oath to maintain the public trust, these progressives revealed in real time television their demonic minds at work. When the outgoing IRS chief smirked at one Congressman’s question, hid behind the bureaucrat’s trompe l’oeil of “I don’t know,” and then used the intellectual’s latest, snarky transitional word “So,” we saw how he and his comrades regard the common folk.

We now know the IRS planted the Lois Lerner question-answer at the American Bar Association’s meeting to get the news of targeting out ahead of an internal audit which revealed the corrupt use of IRS power against ordinary Americans. When I attended the protest week at the St. Lucie County’s Allen West recount, I rubbed elbows with “these people,” these progressive types, and I have never forgotten the bald hate I witnessed. Conversely, I will never forget the honesty, the fear, the sincerity, the anxiety the ordinary Tea Party folks showed as they stood up to fight. Our U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, our military, and our prayers, family, children and work values all have been under attack by these secular humanists for years. The Tea Party symbolizes the folk of our nation, the generations of average, hard- working citizens who shoulder their burdens, defend our country and preserve the traditions that brought America to civilization’s pinnacle.

In contrast that week I saw a leftist attorney try to pressure the county attorney to halt the court ordered recount. When I barged in between them to say the recount must go on until another court order stops it, I turned around to look at the crowd. I saw the hesitant faces of the housewives, retired military men, the open collared retirees still holding back, not really on the same playing field as these bureaucrats who have stolen our land away from the people who made it.

When the then head of the 9-12 Project came to me as he watched and wondered about the ballots going in myriad boxes, I spoke out again. I sat in silence at the poetic lament delivered by a single mother of three who asked the media why Barack Obama was not vetted as was the Republican candidate. When I noticed the political reporters of both Treasure Coast newspapers wore very blue shirts throughout the week, I needled them royally!

But when I watched this week as the IRS wilted in the face of raw political ambition, I realized just how pervasive evil in politics has become. Asking a conservative leader how much money is in your wallet, your wife’s wallet, what’s in the prayer you say, the sign in your yard; just how low will these people go to hold onto the reins of power in a nation they neither honor, love, or deserve?

The perverse methods of intimidation practiced by the IRS will only end when the American people have the courage to say enough. We have been far too tolerant for far too long.

IRS Smoking Gun just blew a hole in Obama’s plans

The IRS has admitted to harassing conservative groups seeking tax exempt status, singling out for extra special scrutiny organizations which featured “patriot” or “tea party” designations in their name. We now know that a number of these groups were forced to withdraw their applications, being unable or unwilling to continue what in some cases had become a 3 year battle with the corrupt federal agency.

But few in the media have bothered to ask who directed the IRS to engage in this criminal behavior. It has been reported that Senators Chuck Schumer and Al Franken addressed a letter to IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman in early 2012, “…demanding the IRS target conservative groups or face legislation forcing them to do so.” (1)

Yet Democrat demands that the IRS investigate conservative organizations were nothing new. Senators Dick Durbin and Max Baucus offered their own “suggestions” that the Service concentrate their efforts on such groups in 2010, (2) Durbin claiming his missive resulted from the Supreme Court’s Citizen’s United decision which “…created a rush for organizations seeking tax exempt status…” (3) Of course that “rush” excuse was a lie as the number of organizations seeking tax exempt status actually declined both during the year of the Citizens United decision (2010) and the year after. (4)

But it appears the IRS shoe has finally dropped, right on Barack Hussein’s head. The story has broken that National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU) President Colleen Kelley met with Obama on March 31^st of 2010, exactly one day before the IRS began to target Tea Party and other conservative groups across the nation. As the Treasury Department’s Inspector General’s report reveals, “April 1-2, 2010: The new Acting Manager, Technical Unit [of the IRS], suggested the need for a Sensitive Case Report on the Tea Party cases. The Determinations Unit Program Manager Agreed.” (5)

Oddly enough, neither Colleen Kelley, the NTEU or Barack Hussein want to talk about that coincidentally timed, 2010 meeting. Responding to a Washington Post inquiry via email, Kelley said the “NTEU is working to get the facts but does not have any specifics at this time. Moreover, IRS employees are not permitted to discuss taxpayer cases. We cannot comment further at this time…” (5)

And when Barack was asked about White House knowledge of IRS targeting, he did his best impersonation of Bill Clinton by ignoring the question that was asked and answering one that wasn’t. Bloomberg News asked Obama: “Can you assure the American people that nobody in the White House knew about the [IRS] actions before your Counsel’s Office found out on April 22nd?” Obama’s answer: “I can assure you that I certainly did not know anything about the IG report before the IG report had been leaked through the press.” (5)

The IG report? Bloomberg didn’t ask about the IG report. The News service asked if anyone at the White House had prior knowledge of IRS corruption! When in doubt (or guilty as Hell), just Duck, Dodge and Hide!

Of all the corrupt schemes engineered by the Obama Regime, this is the most dangerous to their future plans. If Republicans remain steadfast in their criticism of Obama and continue the political pressure, the One might be forced to play defense during much of his last 4 years. That is certainly NOT what he had in mind after the election.

Why Rush is wrong about the results of the scandals around Obama

Rush Limbaugh is taking a “whistling past the graveyard” approach to Barack Obama’s scandals. He is being very cautious about allowing himself to feel that some damage will be done to Obama when the dust from these scandals clears.

Rush even quotes James Carville’s liberal wishful thinking about this lasting “only 30 days” to help convince himself he’s right; nevertheless, Rush is wrong.

While there is no doubt that Obama won’t be impeached, as Rush allows that isn’t important. Saying there won’t be any damage to Obama his Party and their dangerous agenda is simply wrong.

These scandals will do the following.

When Rush is proved “right” and nothing “seems” to change the fuse of a renewed TEA party revolution will be lit.

People will be reminded America isn’t supposed to be this way.

Democrats will remain on defense through next year’s election cycle – you’re not winning when you are on defense.

More whistleblowers will come forward because those already out will be insulated from reprisals.

Fast and Furious can be revisited.

“He’s not a citizen alive” will get new life.

Conservative state legislatures will be embolden to pass more conservative laws and repeal more liberal ones. Photo id to vote – think Boston bombing.

More sheriffs will sue Obama over gun control.

The IRS neutered.

It forces House Republicans to finally do their job or face an angry constituency willing to throw them out in many districts.

This will shift the leadership of Congressional GOP from RINOs to more conservative leaders.

It sets new standards for GOP candidates – collaborators need not apply.

This makes it far more likely GOP holds the House and regains the Senate.

It weakens Obama’s leverage to ram through his socialist program.

It weakens Obamacare’s grip on us.

It will further infuriate average Americans being disadvantaged by Obama’s sequestration.

This ends gun control and immigration “reform efforts.

This makes bringing the needed 5% of conservatives back to vote easier.

When most of Obama’s rank and file DO NOT turn on him the “us versus them” mindset needed for conservatives to stop pandering to Hispanics and Blacks, who will never vote Republican, will grow.

This will encourage “Atlas Shrugged” type passive resistance to government and more willingness to sue and fight IRS giving rise to appeals of court losses to IRS.

The coupling of the Gosnell case with the IRS attacks on pro-lifers on behalf of Planned Parenthood will cause these groups to redouble their efforts to stop abortions and enjoy previously unattainable successes in the courts and in public opinion.

These things will make having Obama around worth the trade.

Amicus brief filed in Obama eligibility suit

A friend of the court brief by Lucas Daniel Smith appears on line as having just been filed with the Alabama Supreme Court in an appeals case seeking to reinstate the challenge of President Obama’s eligibility to serve as US President. The online link shows the fully notarized Amicus Curiae (1) which Smith sent to Chief Justice Roy Moore and ten other authorities and includes a copy of the Mombasa certificate of live birth of Barack Hussein Obama II. Other exhibits include passport photos of Obama, Sr. and a postal mailing of the Senate Publication dealing with the Natural Born Citizen clause of the US Constitution.

Smith, who has experienced his own battles in pursuing the Obama eligibility challenge, begins his argument with a background of legal citations about the doctrine of “capable of repetition yet evading review” which speaks to the responsibility of a state’s electoral board in certification of presidential candidates. The brief states, “Amicus (LDS) has proof that Barack Hussein Obama II was born in Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya at the Coast Province General Hospital in l961.” Smith goes on to explain he obtained two copies of the CPGH birth certificate as a result of money given to military/police operatives and a hospital administrator. “On 19th day of February, 2009, (Smith) walked out of the CPGH in Mombasa with a certified copy of Barack Hussein Obama IIs original birth certificate.”

In his introduction, Smith tells the court that he originally went to Africa to do research on a cryptid, a dinosaur like animal that lives in the Congo. However, when he “was bombarded with questions in English (about) how he felt of a Kenyan governing the USA,” Smith changed his focus to research the physical birth data surrounding the newly elected American President!

An integral part of the Smith Amicus brief includes Senate Pub. 103-21 which states: “in order to take oath a president must be 35, a resident within the US for 14 years, and a Natural Born Citizen. This last requirement (NBC) raises the question of whether someone born to American citizens outside of the US would be eligible to hold the office.” Other exhibits show a photo of the British Passport (no. 84764) of Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. issued in l959.

A discussion follows concerning eligibility questions surrounding the possible Presidential candidate Ted Cruz. In other words, the Obama case needs to be resolved. But this telling statement goes back to questions about Obama’s mother’s age at the time of his birth: ”Dunham (mother) had not been a US Citizen for the required five years after age 14 because she gave birth to President Obama at age 18!

The many court cases thrown out by state and federal judges due to lack of “standing” may be the cruelest taunt yet to the American people who deserve to have the Obama eligibility case fully adjudicated. As one CiR commenter (2) states, “All American citizens have standing to argue that the sitting president is not eligible to hold office. . .we are all affected by this. . .there is harm to every US citizen when an impostor takes office.”

Obama using the IRS for blackmail as well as intimidation?

Coach is Right published this article well before the current IRS scandals had broken. We thought readers might be interested in taking another look at this slight infraction committed by our “voluntary” taxing authorities.

In September of 2011, 60 million health records involving 10 million Americans were illegally confiscated by members of the IRS. The theft took place at an unidentified place of business in California.

Referring to itself as the John Doe Company in a lawsuit filed last week against the 15 IRS agents who took part, plaintiffs claim that “no search warrant authorized the seizure of these records; no subpoena authorized the seizure of these records; none of the 10,000,000 Americans were under any kind of known criminal or civil investigation and their medical records had no relevance whatsoever to the IRS search.” (1)

One of the IRS agents who took part in the theft told John Doe Company officials that the government was searching for records involved in a “tax matter” pertaining to a former John Doe employee. Yet when informed that their search warrant did NOT allow for the confiscation–or even the search—of the 60 million health records taken, the IRS “…threatened to ‘rip’ the servers containing the medical data out of the building…” if the records were not turned over willingly! (2)

The Doe Company complaint continues:

Moreover, even though Defendants knew that the records they were seizing were not included within the scope of the search warrant, the Defendants nonetheless searched and seized the records without making any attempt to segregate the files from those that could possibly be related to the search warrant. In fact, no effort was made at all to even try maintaining the illusion of legitimacy and legality. (2)

Never mind the breathtaking arrogance of Obama’s foot soldiers or the contempt they display for the law and the American people. Those are old stories. In this case the truly relevant question is WHY? What was the real purpose behind this IRS theft? The John Doe Company is presumed to be an insurance company or repository of insurance records. Of the 10 million individuals whose medical records were taken it is believed that nearly 90% live outside of California making the IRS theft one of truly national significance. The records stolen are said to include those of every state judge in California, all state court employees and “…prominent citizens in the world of entertainment, business and government, from all walks of life.” The medical information includes “… psychological counseling, gynecological counseling, sexual or drug treatment and a wide range of medical matters covering the most intimate and private of concerns.” (3)

In short, if ever a politician needed information with which to coerce a powerful, recalcitrant friend or blackmail an outright enemy, these stolen records could provide a treasure trove of “mineable” dirt! Was this a Regime-ordered fishing expedition, a search for potentially damaging information concerning the more recognizable individuals within a very long list of otherwise less than noteworthy names? Or were millions of files stolen in order to provide a healthy margin of cover for the relatively few which Regime operatives REALLY wanted!

The IRS has operated with utter disregard for law and the Constitution for decades. Intimidation became the “new normal” for that contemptible band of bureaucratic thugs long before Obama began his Marxist blitzkrieg. Was their thuggish behavior in California a warning to the nation’s insurers from the Pennsylvania Avenue Cosa Nostra that resistance–legal or otherwise– to New World Order patricians will not be tolerated? Have we just witnessed the method by which ObamaCare’s principle collection agency intends to assemble and review claims information for the nation’s insured?

Barack just never around when bad things happen

During the Benghazi murders, instead of taking charge Mr. Obama went into hiding, the various military elements having to stand down because the occupant of the White House was afraid to make decisions. During a Senate hearing, then Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta testified that neither Obama nor anyone else from the White House had contacted the Defense Department or the Pentagon during the attack to find out what was going on. (1) This is not the behavior of a leader but of a coward. As always, Obama pleads ignorance to distance himself from anything that may make him look bad. He has already claimed to know nothing of the IRS targeting of conservative groups or the tapping of AP phone lines. Having the FBI investigate these events will enable the president to duck any questions because there is an “ongoing investigation.”

Cover-up

The Benghazi “talking points” were changed for a number of reasons, among them to hide Obama’s ineptness and Hillary’s Clinton’s incompetence. The people involved in the creation of the false narrative were more concerned about protecting their careers than the fate of fellow Americans being murdered in Libya. On a positive note at least a few people told the truth. Yet, to the low information voter this is “much ado about nothing”. When Americans accept mediocre, indeed criminal performance from their leaders, they will have to accept the inevitable downfall of a once great nation, starting with the denigration of the forces that protect America and its allies. Honorable Executive branch careerists are too few, which is why Americans are being killed as the Nation’s protectors are told to stand down. Americans are not safe with this administration.

Constitution

Article 2, Section 2, Clause 1 of the United States Constitution: The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States. As President, Mr. Obama neglected his duty to protect the American Ambassador and others who were under attack for seven hours. When congressional investigators get too close to the truth, the entire issue will be declared off limits due to “Executive privilege.”

In his entire career Barack Obama has never accepted the responsibility of making decisions; rather, he avoids it. In an actual crisis the community organizer runs and hides. The American people should know where the White House occupant was while his employees were being killed. How can he be trusted if America or our allies are ever attacked.

Marco Zuckerberg and Mark Rubio: amnesty’s two indistinguishable amigos

Mark Zuckerberg and Marco Rubio have become amnesty’s two indistinguishable amigos. They have morphed into Marco Zuckerberg and Mark Rubio.

You’ve heard the radio spots and seen the television ads featuring Florida Republican Senator Marco Rubio talking about the dire need to do something about the “immigration problem” not “illegal immigration” but immigration.

During a minute’s worth of huffing and puffing Rubio tries to bulldoze past any logical objections to erasing our borders with faux tough talk designed to impress us with his credentials as an “insider’ who KNOWS more than we do.

Rubio’s media crusade is funded by liberal Facebook billionaire Mark Zuckerberg.

To impress us Rubio uses buzz phrases like “conservative immigration reform” “Tough border triggers” and “no giveaways for law breakers.” That putting these words in Rubio’s mouth is not only breathtakingly insulting to true conservatives, but simply not true shouldn’t resonate with a liberal like Zuckerberg but Rubio has been “playing a conservative on TV” long enough to know better.

These spots betray a gross under estimation of conservatives. Zuckerberg probably believes conservatives marry their sisters and are far less intelligent than he is, but Rubio apparently thinks conservatives are pining for a way to suck up to Hispanics the way White liberals sucked up to Blacks and elected Barack Obama.

A new report from Public Policy Polling a Democrat firm shows Rubio is self-immolating with these insulting spots. Conservatives who once saw him as an acceptable GOP nominee for president in 2016 are running away from him in obvious disgust over his decision to do Chuck Schumer’s bidding by erasing our borders.

During the period May 6 – 9 when asked about Rubio as the Republican’s 2016 nominee “very conservative” and “somewhat conservative” respondents supported him at 17% and 18% respectively. That’s down from 26% and 22% from these groups just a month before.

The supreme irony of Marco Rubio’s foolishness is that Hispanics, who hold themselves aloof from participation in our civic life and wait for the best “goodies” package offer before deciding who to support, are naïve enough to believe Rubio’s tough talk and don’t like it. His support among Hispanics has fallen 5% in the same period.

At this point only wild eyed liberals like Zukerberg believe these spots can erase our borders. Nevertheless, a cunning liberal like Schumer might be using these spots as an opportunity to destroy the foolish Mr. Rubio’s chances of ever running for president.

Blurring the lines between “amnesty amigos” Marco Zuckerberg and Mark Rubio will not end well for the Senator from Florida.

Phony birth certificate drives Obama eligibility lawsuits in Alabama and Florida

Obama being born out of an apple pie in the middle of a Kansas wheat field as Toby Keith sings the National Anthem—such are the contents of an amicus brief filed by an Alabama Democrat Party which has resorted to ridicule in responding to the Obama eligibility case McInnish-Goode v Chapman which will be held in front of Judge Roy Moore and the Alabama Supreme Court! In an exclusive story reported by WND reporter Drew Zahn, (1) the flippant nature of this brief indicates that the Obama team will be unable to brush off legitimate questions about how he can serve as a U.S. President without showing legitimate and verifiable evidence of eligibility!

Brought by Virgil Goode and Hugh McInnish, the case seeks to force Alabama Secretary of State Beth Chapman to verify eligibility of all candidates on the 2012 ballot. Reporter Zahn points out that in 2010 Judge Moore, the Ten Commandments judge, remarked to WND about people who rely on their feelings to ascertain the fact that Obama is U.S. born. “This is the strangest thing. . .the president has never produced evidence in the face of substantial evidence he was not born in our country,” said Judge Moore. (2)

A Florida eligibility lawsuit brought by Attorney Larry Klayman on behalf of his client Michael C. Voeltz was filed on April 29, 2013, case no. SC 13-560, in Florida’s First District Court of Appeals. (3) “No physical paper copy has ever been presented to firmly establish Respondent Obama was indeed born within the United States,” maintains Klayman in the suit which asks the Court to direct Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner to issue an opinion regarding BHO’s eligibility to serve as president! This latest action asks for reinstatement of Voeltz v. Obama ”which was improperly dismissed by court order dated 2-8-2013.” The Florida case points out that Obama’s father was a British subject born in Kenya which was a British colony at the time of birth of Obama, Jr. “The U.S. Supreme Court has defined this term (NBC) to mean a child born to two citizen parents (R.245-260). . .Obama is not an NBC as required by the U.S. Constitution and therefore ineligible to be President.”(4)

Earlier court filings include the sworn affidavit of Sheriff Joe Arpaio, dated June 12, 2012, (5) stating that Obama’s online birth certificate is a “computer generated document, manufactured electronically, and that did not originate in paper format as claimed by the White House.” Arpaio swears under oath that he and his investigators have found probable cause of document forgery, meaning that the certificate cannot be used as a legal verification for Barack Obama’s date, place, or circumstances of birth!

“It would be paradoxical beyond measure if the real and grave question of the legitimacy of the de facto President, a question which lies at the very heart of our American Constitutional Government, were left unresolved for want of the simplest of documents, a birth certificate,” states Klayman in the Alabama suit. (6)

We’ll soon find out if the State Supreme Court agrees with him.

Television show “Inside Edition” is up on youtube with a picture of Barry Soetoro’s Catholic Grammar School (ASISI) records in Jakarta, Indonesia stating he was of Indonesian nationality and that his religion was Islam! (6)

Cleveland’s kidnapper/rapist animal will put baby killers at NARAL in a web of their own making

The terrible ten year rape/ kidnapping ordeal suffered by three innocent Cleveland women at the hands of Ariel Castro, a registered Democrat (look it up) may yet put the baby killing crowd at NARAL and NOW in a web of their own evil lies.

Their captivity included daily rapes and the predictable pregnancies that followed. The startling evidence shows Castro’s depravity extended to stomach punching pregnant victims to cause miscarriages thereby murdering at least five innocent babies.

That Castro’s crimes are revolting and demand the death penalty is a widely held sentiment; but what will women’s organizations do or say?

Because women’s organizations are, by definition liberal, calls for such retribution might not come from the likes of NARAL and NOW. Both organizations could end up either saying nothing about these horrific crimes or potentially joining in a fight to keep Castro from being convicted of murdering those five innocent little babies.

To his great credit Cleveland Prosecutor Timothy J. McGinty has expressed his intensions to find a way to put Castro to death for the murders of these babies.

This case presents a serious and problematic dilemma for the Baby Killers. Nevertheless, on the other hand, to push for the maximum amount of punishment for this beast they will have to support bringing murder charges against him for killing in utero infants thereby conceding defeat in the “personhood” argument and agreeing the five additional victims were worthy of protection and not just “unviable tissue masses.”

During the Laci Peterson case, a frightened NOW said, “If this is murder, [Peterson killing the baby Laci was carrying] well, then any time a late-term fetus is aborted, they could call it murder.” Yes indeed they could.

Millions of Americans could be misdiagnosed as mentally ill

“In the days of the Malleus, if the physician could find no evidence of natural illness, he was expected to find evidence of witchcraft: today, if he cannot diagnose organic illness, he is expected to diagnose mental illness.” (1)

The Malleus Maleficarum was a 15^th century text which instructed Inquisitors on the proper method of identifying, trying and burning witches. Though it was many years ago that renowned psychiatrist Thomas Szasz (1920-2012) used the example of the Malleus to comment on the diagnostic practices of his fellow physicians, it seems he might have been on to something as today psychiatrists and educators alike are concerned that the recently completed “Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V” (DSM 5) will be responsible for psychiatrists improperly diagnosing millions of Americans as mentally ill.

Produced exclusively by the American Psychiatric Association, the DSM provides physicians with a handy checklist of mental illnesses. Simply fit a patient into a category and a diagnosis follows, complete with treatment and prescribed medication approved by insurers and the federal Medicare bureaucracy.

But with the introduction of a new and broader category of diagnosis under the heading of Somatic Symptom Disorders (SSD), the DSM 5 literally threatens to “…license the application of a mental health diagnosis for all illnesses…” (2) Duke University professor emeritus Allen Frances writes that “…a person will meet the criteria for SSD by reporting just one bodily symptom that is distressing and/or disruptive to daily life and having just one of the following three reactions to it that persist for at least six months: 1) ‘disproportionate’ thoughts about the seriousness of their symptom(s); or 2) a high level of anxiety about their health; or, 3) devoting excessive time and energy to symptoms or health concerns. (3)

In short, should a physician believe a patient to be pre-occupied or overly concerned with a physical illness, a diagnosis of Somatic Symptom Disorder may be added to the patient’s file. The doctor could therefore make a purely “…subjective and fallible judgment that the patient’s life has become ‘subsumed’ with health concerns and preoccupations…” (3)

Dr. Frances voices a fear which should concern current and prospective patients alike:

Do we really want to burden and stigmatize seriously ill people with an additional diagnosis of mental illness, just because they are worried about being sick and are vigilant about their symptoms? Might patients with life threatening diseases become reluctant to report new symptoms that might be early indicators of recurrence, metastasis or secondary disease – for fear of attracting a diagnosis of ‘SSD’? (3)

And what might be the “real world” ramifications of such a diagnosis? Could individuals deemed to be suffering from SSD be denied certain types of work or face difficulties at their current job? Could they be refused future health insurance coverage? Will they be considered hypochondriacs and therefore be placed at medical risk as physicians ignore their complaints of “not feeling well?

ObamaCare is expected to cost Americans $2.6 trillion in its first full decade of existence (2014-2023.) (4) It will also add another trillion in taxes over the same time period. (5) And now costs associated with healthcare may skyrocket simply because countless patients have been wrongly diagnosed as mentally ill.

Soon we won’t be able to afford to be sick OR well!
