Congress made eight different attempts to alter our U.S. Constitution concerning the Natural Born Citizenship Clause according to the apocalyptic video documentary done with research by Senior Pastor Carl Gallups proving they knew Barack Obama lacked presidential eligibility prior to the 2008 election! If there was no problem for Obama why would these people do this? There had never been a question of Natural Born Citizenship in our lifetimes! Why fix what wasn’t broken?
The youtube video goes on to reveal a secret, closed door meeting was held with eight Supreme Court Justices just prior to the January 2009 Inauguration that sent our other courts an unspoken message to don’t go there. Plaintiff attorneys with cases were pending at the time were not allowed into this meeting! Only Justice Samuel Allito declined to attend this secret meeting.
Here, as revealed in the Gallups video, are the eight different attempts to amend our Constitution to accommodate Obama’s eligibility questions:
1. On June 11, 2003: House Joint Resolution # 59, introduced by Rep. Vic Snyder (D-AR), failed to obtain a vote; it sought to allow non-natural born U.S. citizens, “but who have been citizens of the U.S. for at least 35 years,” to serve as President or Vice President.
2. On Sept. 3, 2003: Rep. John Conyers (D-MI) introduced HJR#67 which would have lowered to only 20 years the citizen requirement. It, too, failed to make an official vote.
3. On Feb. 25, 2004, Sen. Don Nickles (R-OK) failed in his attempt to deflect this obvious attack on our Constitution by introducing Senate Bill 2128 which failed on merit.
4. On Sept. 15, 2004, Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, (R-CA), submitted House Joint Resolution 104 that required only a 20 year citizenship but no NBC status; it subsequently failed.
5. On Jan. 4, 2005, the Conyers HJR 02 failed in its attempt to push through the Rohrabacher 20 year eligibility bill.
6. On Feb. 1, 2005, Rohrabacher submitted a revised version of his 20 year citizenship requirement, (without the NBC stipulation) with HJR 15.
7. On April 14, 2005, Snyder reintroduced HJR # 42, requiring 35 years of being a U.S. citizen. Had this resolution passed, Barack Obama just barely would have been eligible in 2005.
8. On Feb. 28, 2008, Sen. Claire McCaskill, (D-MO) attempted to add language onto SB 2678, Children of the Military Families Natural Born Citizen Act, to again weaken the NBC clause. Co-sponsors of the failed legislation were Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama!. By the way, was not the John McCain eligibility hearing really a head fake to draw attention away from the Democrats’ elephant in the room?
“This is (a) 100 times worse situation (than Watergate); this is a crime against the Constitution and all the people of the U.S. Obama is not who he says he is, ” says Charles Kerckner whose eligibility lawsuit was turned down by our Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, the just announced Birthers Summit in March is taking shape as ordinary citizens continue to push forward against the Code of Silence by our Media and the refusal of redress by our elected officials. Georgia Judge Michael Malihi who was the lone judicial representative giving light to the Obama eligibility question has also run away from the issue with his ruling last Friday.
An Obama contempt of court motion was filed on docket this week for his failure to honor the judge’s order to appear, but Judge Malihi will certainly not enforce it.
Pictures of Obama waving widely to campaign crowds in Las Vegas and Colorado at the time of the Malihi hearing add to surreal nightmare posed by this outrage.

1937: Trying a usual sneaky Democrat stunt to subvert the Constitution, Franklin Roosevelt announces his plan to add six stooges to the Supreme Court who would rubber stamp his socialist agenda. It failed because the overwhelming Democrat Congress defeated it out of fear of a backlash. They were right; in 1938 they suffered huge losses at the polls.

What Judge Malihi did in Georgia is treason. But he's not the first nor will he be the last who will give up their integrity and their honor to keep Obama the usurper in office. This is no longer a nation ruled by law but a nation ruled by the lawless.

What can one add to this audacity? It shows a criminal compliance at the highest levels for our constitution and the general rule of law. There is nowhere else to go with our outrage except to the streets. I am deeply concerned for our country and the people who walk our land.
Well, after reading this article, we know who the traitors are! Not to mention those other traitors on the Supreme Court, with the exception of Samuel Allito. If we want to save our country, we need to expose this treasonous activity on the part of those that were trying to make amendments to the Constitution so in ineligible foreing asset could hold the office of POTUS!
It looks to me like we need another House Committee on Un-American Activities. Sen. Joe McCarthy knew way back in his day, how there were communists infiltrating into our govt and society. Since the SCOTUS is in on it, these pukes need to be arrested for treason! We cannot have a free society, a free market, or anything resembling what our Founding Fathers have passed down to us as long as we have these traitors amongt us.

I've been railing on for years to my friends and family and on blogs about all the illegality of our own govt. How the screws are slowly being turned on the American people. Well, folks, it looks like they found their man in Obama and if he gets another 4 years, watch out! Soon, you will not be able to speak up and say what's on your mind. That won't be allowed! Oh, and you think those FEMA camps are for terrorists, well they are, but they've been built for you and me, the American citizens who'll be considered terrorists for not laying down and keeping your mouths shut.
I'm a Christian and I know the Bible talks about a one world govt and I know that there can never be a true one world govt without America being a part of it. I don't know if we still have time to save our country, but at least we should go down fighting. After all, that's what our Founding Fathers did, it's the least we can do for what they've given us.

Yes, you are so right on all points. Our government is full of the one world order members. We cannot survive as long as we continue to to vote them into office, and for the past two or three decades we have had no choice, they have all been NWO. I used to be concerned about Obama's legitimacy and eligibility. NOW I'm MOST worried about our elected Republican officials raising no challenge should Hussein declare himself KING!

That our government is so concerned that it could not survive the inconvenience of "outing" an illegal President tells me that I can no longer trust any faction of America's government or court system to protect me from ANYTHING…that this "trust thing" is only a one-way illusion meant to insure that we do not revolt against the tyranny and collusion we have been experiencing because of the "hand-holding" extant between the branches of government.
To have so little faith that Americans WOULDN'T or COULDN'T come to grips with such a monumental screw-up (on top of the scam Obama has pulled), tells me that we actually ARE nothing more to our branches of government than pesky field-mice which aren't capable of surviving without their interference or "false protections"…. Give me an open field….not one hemmed in by Federal agencies, red-tape, bureaucratic intransigence, and threats of personal peril…. and I'll show you how nicely we field mice will survive without you and how effectively we can level the playing field for our benefit.
The capitol Building and Offices could burn to the ground tomorrow..and we'd do just fine without them while we set about restoring a more respectable, responsive, and rational form of government than the crap we've been receiving to date.

With all due respect to Coach Collins, if I understand the coach correctly, Congress cannot alter or amend the Constitution. Only the states can ratify proposed amendments to the Constitution as evidenced by Article V of the Constitution.

Congress provides the legislation to be voted on or we would have 50 or 57 (depending upon whether we listened to Obama or not) different versions to vote on.

Good point Coach. The Founding States were also concerned about winding up with different proposals from the states for an amendment to the Constitution. That's why the States included a provision in Article V which requires Congress to call for a Constitutional Convention when the states propose an amendment to Constitution. A Constitutional Convention requires the states to agree on one proposed amendment instead of 50 (or Obama's 57) different proposals.
Regarding major problems concerning Obama's citizenship qualification to be president, please consider the following.
The constitutional term, "natural born citizen," was a term that the drafters of the Constitution evidently borrowed from the Law of Nations, a legal reference being used at the time. In fact, Clause 10 of Section 8 of Article I of the Constitution mentions the Law of Nations. The Law of Nations indicates the following about natural-born citizenship.
Book I, Chapter 19, section 212:
§ 212. Citizens and natives.
"The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens." –Emerich de Vattel, Law of Nations http://www.constitution.org/vattel/vattel_01.htm
Also, note that John Bingham, the main author of Section 1 of the 14th Amendment, had reflected on the definition of natural-born citizen in the Law of Nations, officially clarifying what a natural-born citizen is in the congressional record on at least two occasions.
“I find no fault with the introductory clause, which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen; …" –John Bingham, 1866. http://memory.loc.gov/cgi-bin/ampage?collId=llcg&… (see top half of second column)
“All from other lands, who by the terms of [congressional] laws and a compliance with their provisions become naturalized, are adopted citizens of the United States; all other persons born within the Republic, of parents owing allegiance to no other sovereignty, are natural born citizens." –John Bingham, 1862. http://memory.loc.gov/cgi-bin/ampage?collId=llcg&… (see bottom half of 1st column)
So given that all three references indicate to various extents that the parents of a natural-born citizen cannot owe allegiance to a foreign sovereignty when that citizen is born, and given that Obama's official and highly controversial birth certificate clearly indicates that Obama' father was not a US citizen, Obama cannot be a natural-born citizen, and is therefore not constitutionally qualified to be president.

Liberty Legal has made an interesting observation–this being the first time anyone has actually ruled on the EVIDENCE in one of these suits, an appeal can now be filed. And rest assured Van Irion and probably others will be doing just that. Liberty states the judge made clear errors in legal interpretation…at least 3 per the brief article just posted on their site.
None of the proposed constitutional amendments or legislation you cited applied in any way to Obama. The amendments would have broadened eligibility to include a long-time naturalized citizen such as Arnold Schwarzenegger. They did not propose to alter the definition of "natural born citizen". McCaskill's proposed law would have been redundant, as those born overseas to U.S. parents are already citizens at birth by statute law, regardless of reasons for being abroad, except that it would have explicitly declared them to be NBS's, which by actual practice is already the case. See John McCain.
To Bob Weber…please cite the documentation for your assertion that "none of the proposed constitutional amendments….applied in any way to Obama".

Joanne Edmiston: Unless you have some evidence that Obama is a naturalized citizen, which would be a matter of public record, the proposed Constitutional amendments extending eligibility to long-time naturalized citizens would not apply to Obama. Likewise, he was not born to Americans serving in the military, so McCaskill's proposed law would not apply. You're welcome.
