This morning Mitt Romney delivered what TEA party conservatives across the nation have wanted: a solid conservative as his running mate. His selection of Republican Congressman Paul Ryan of Wisconsin to help him recapture the America we yearn to see again is superb.
The attacks from the Left have started already. The red and pink parrots have started calling this a “risky pick.” Nevertheless, make no mistake Paul Ryan scares the life out of the Left. Immediately after the news broke Obama Chicago thug David Axelrod tweeted “Who’s calling the shots? The base sends Mitt his marching orders on VP.”
THEY know how this pick will play out; they know Ryan will tear them up by bringing the focus of the campaign back to the economy which is deadly territory Barack Obama. When they debate Ryan will make Joe Biden look like somebody’s crazy uncle from a nursing home.
Since the Democrat Cheer leaders in the media won’t write the truth about Paul Ryan here it is.
As Chairman of the House Budget Committee, Ryan proposed a budget that will set us on a course to balance our national finances out. Ryan is pro-life, pro-family, anti-abortion, pro-real marriage, pro Don’t Ask Don’t Tell, pro-school choice and a warrior for religious freedoms.
Here are the ratings Ryan gets from independent groups on the Right and Left.

Knowing his own conservative credentials are just a bit QUESTIONABLE at BEST, Romney made a very smart VP pick. Ryan is bright, articulate, young and will talk circles around both Biden, Obama and the liberal media members intent upon tripping him up.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see this years VP debate either cancelled or moderated by such a partisan hack as to provide 75% of the speaking time to Biden.
The left will immediately begin attacks on Ryan with claims he will do away with Medicare and even Social Security. I doubt they will work to the media’s satisfaction.

I see that Doug is being his genuinely gentleman-like, polite self by observing that Romney’s “conservative credentials are just a bit questionable”, (gotta LOVE Doug’s penchant for slyly stating the obvious!).
This Romney move appears to be a re-visitation of the McCain-Palin pairing….except that Ryan has far better Conservative “street-cred” than Palin enjoyed earlier on……but you know WHAT? This might actually work.
It will also drive the Marxist-Progressives (not to mention some of the Socialist-Centrists in the Senate!)simply bats***.
Which is ALWAYS a good thing….now we can begin to have a far less lopsided national debate on issues important to America…..assuming of course that Romney’s campaign staff won’t slap a muzzle on Ryan as McCain’s staff did to Palin…..
there’s nothing more farcical to watch than a tethered political ‘attack-dog’ who can’t ‘sic’ or can’t sit still, but is reduced to whimpers or growls….Go get those NASTY anti-Americans, Mr. Bowser!!
