Why is there no outcry over the insult to 9/11 families, would be visitors, or to us average U.S. citizens over the NO TOILETS oversight at the soon to be opened Ground Zero Memorial?
Only the Australian media are telling us what really is going on. “City Hall officials conceded that bathrooms were left out of the plans for the memorial,” reveal staff writers for the News Queensland, on 28 May, 20ll.
N.Y. Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s spokesman Andrew Brent told the Aussie Press, “Visitors will be provided with information to help plan their visit, including being advised that BATHROOMS WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE on the site!”
This is simply unbelievable! A final snafu like this in the face of all of their other failures surrounding this hallowed ground is the final straw in the movable haystack of the incompetence of New York City’s liberal Democrats. The ongoing closed door meeting angst will never be revealed to us, but rest assured you will not be able to relieve yourselves no matter how long you have to wait to get inside.
By the way, these morons ran up a $1/2 BILLION tab for the WTC Memorial site. And these ignoramuses refuse to provide any porta-potties in the interim, even though they are “expecting millions of visitors from across the globe to flock to lower Manhattan” this September for the tenth anniversary ceremonies. Not having one single public toilet, also, will prevent U.S. school children from having their field trips to this hallowed ground.
“What kind of idiocy is this?” blogged one man. But no toilets at Ground Zero are just one of the politicians’ long list of affronts.
We now know the glass, developed by an American company for the first 20 floors, was MADE IN CHINA! “It is absolutely astounding to us that they would take a project of this level of development work we all invested in . . and bid it offshore,” says Vicky Holt, senior Vice President of Pittsburg Plate Glass.
The Harrisburg, PATRIOT NEWS expressed outrage, saying BEIJING glass was ‘honored’ even though three American glass manufacturers “spent months working with tower architects’ to provide unique terrorist proof glass!”
From years of political fighting, to liberal politicians led by Michael Bloomberg approving of a 9/11 mosque next door, we are seeing the abject failure of the liberal Democrats’ ability to “honor” us American citizens.

I am glad that the austrailian news people will tell us of stupid stuff going on in this country because -yes having no toilets for this memorial is just about exactly what we get from Obama and congress-they are the worst representation we have ever had-do we lack stuff now in America ?is there food in every household refrigerator?is there electricity and running water to every household?I say this USA is now needy because Obama sucks,congress sucks,but we the people are sucking it up each day and pushing on through thick and thin-especially the thin and none

I am still wondering why the heck we did not put up a brand new twin towers-better than the previous-with more glitz-that would have gone over well with our enemies I am sure-it would be as much love there as there is for our traitor-benedict sotoro
This reminds me of something that happened here, locally…albeit on a much smaller scale. A church was planning a building addition which included a new children's nursery. The plans contained no bathroom. Can you imagine an area where babies/infants/toddlers are cared for that doesn't include a bathroom? In this case it was planned by leaders of the church (all men, by the way) whose priorities did not consider the needs of the actual people that would be using the facilities. The plans were submitted without anyone asking the actual nursery workers their opinion of what was needed. I don't think the men meant to disrespect these people, but they did. I don't think that is the case with the memorial. I don't think any of the people on the planning committees are planning on visiting it so why would they care? We must pray for those in leadership positions at all levels of society.
