Stimulus money going to El Salvador shows Democrats care about our money, not about us

 Joe Biden, the head cheerleader for the Obama administration’s “Recovery Summer” scam, has a tough job. His Recovery Summer lie is melting under the harsh light of reality.    

 In June his sideshow started with much fanfare.  We were told the Recovery Summer would bring 3000 clean water projects, 82,000 home weatherization jobs, 800 new National Parks jobs and on and on.

 In spite of all the cheap talk, week after week during this summer the new unemployment claims have been so awful that when they were “only” 460, 000 it was cause for celebration.

  Almost half of the 14 million people who are out of work have been jobless for more than six months which is an extremely serious condition.  

 Yet calls for tax cut extensions and spending reductions to fix this problem are scoffed at by Biden and Obama.

 Gotta keep those Salvadorans working!

In classic Democrat “Keystone kops” fashion the wasteful “stimulus” spending has found its way to supporting Salvadoran workers!  

 During the many swings through Ohio, Biden and Obama have made over the last several months, we have not heard much about this, but Ohio has used some of its stimulus money to hire a phone bank in El Salvador!

  It seems the State of Ohio has conducted an $11 million federally funded appliance-rebate program that requires participants to speak to a call center. That the call center is located in El Salvador would have gone unreported had it not been for a single story in a Columbus newspaper.

In spite of the State of Ohio’s 10.5% unemployment rate ( as high as 14% in some counties) its Democrat Governor could not find a single Ohio company that could have handled the project?   

 Small, but indicative of the rampant bungling

Of course the dollars involved are small, the cost comes out to about 1 ½ cents for each person in Ohio, but that is beside the point.  The real issue is the basic disregard and disrespect for us and our money that pervades everything the liberal Democrats do. “Recovery Summers” like this show us the liberal Democrats really don’t care about spending our money to buy votes.

They will keep spending our money until we stop them. Remember this in November because we will have no more Novembers to get this fixed if we fail to retake the House this year.

Plan to vote. Plan to bring all your friends, co-workers and family members to the polls. If you don’t vote you will be part of the problem and saying you want to be a slave.  America needs us; don’t turn your back on your country.
