The Liberty Legal Foundation has filed an appeal with the Georgia Superior Court in the case of Weldon v Obama, one of the three Georgia lawsuits claiming Barack Hussein Obama to be Constitutionally ineligible to serve as president of the United States or to be included on the Georgia ballot. (1)
It is perhaps significant that the very act of filing the appeal was fought by the Superior Court clerk’s office which claimed that an additional $2 fee had not been included with Liberty Legal’s paperwork for the filing of separate motions.
Additionally, the Court Clerk invented numerous excuses to prevent the filing, moving from one to the next whenever it was pointed out by Liberty Legal attorneys that none reflected normal court operating procedure. According to Liberty Legal attorney Van Irion, the clerk’s conduct was, in the course of his entire legal experience, “unheard of.” (2)

Democrats have no shame, but this is a new low even for them.
Recent talk from Democrats, especially Congressional Black Caucus, (CBC) members about having Barack Obama cite imaginary powers they find in the 14th Amendment as a way to rule by fiat are just flat out hypocritical.
CBC member Representative James Clyburn of South Carolina clearly laid out the Democrats case for dumping our democracy and crowning Obama king so he can spend every last dollar we have. He said, “I’ve said time and time again, if the President gets up to August 2nd, without a piece of legislation, he should not allow this country to go into default. He should sign an Executive Order invoking the 14th Amendment and send that to all the governmental agencies for us to continue to pay our bills. He could do that with a stroke of a pen. Time is getting short.
A new Pew Hispanic Center survey brings news that has to give pause to anyone who is concerned with America’s future. It says illegal alien mothers are giving birth to 8% of all the babies born in America. There were 350,000 such births and each one has the potential to multiple the number of new “legal” illegal aliens among us by staggering numbers.
It is time to end this foolishness which makes gaining American citizenship like playing a game of tag. If most of the modern western countries and India have closed this loophole it’s time we did.

The corrupt Mexican government is already feeling the results of Arizona’s SB 1070 law which will give local police the power to investigate the immigration status of people they lawfully come in contact with during the course of their duties.
The Mexican consulate in Phoenix has assigned extra staff workers to assist its people in returning to their homeland. Mexicans who have been arrested and deported are watching from the southern side of the border holding fast to their delusion that they will soon be able to sneak back in when this “blows over” after Obama kills the law. But the daily deportation flights out of Tucson are filled with people who know better.
