Yesterday was the birthday of slain Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, who died in the forlorn landscape in Rio Rico, AZ, a sacrificial lamb to this administration’s loss of honor. Not surprisingly there was no notice of the significance of the day in the media.
The young man was left to die by our government, a government without honor which no longer is proud enough to protect its own, a government which has sold itself out to political correctness, to the progressives’ code of dishonor, to a world that would have America die.
CIR was first to break this tragic story about the series of bad Border Patrol-Homeland Security Agency policies now known as “Fast and Furious” that killed Brian Terry. We received an anonymous tip that blew the secretive wide open: the U.S. D.O.J was conducting a massive gun sale to violent drug cartels. Another tip has yet to be answered. … Continue Reading:Brian Terry an honorable man and American hero: may he rest in peace

Were George Zimmerman Black, nobody would know Travon Martin’s name.
Obama wouldn’t be claiming either one looked like his son, just as he hasn’t previously claimed any of the thousands of anonymous Black youths killed by their peers. Black on Black crime doesn’t get to Obama or Eric Holder. Actually, Black crime, or crimes committed by Blacks, don’t seem to warrant anything less than their scorn.
New Black Panthers threatening and menacing Whites at a polling place during an election is ignored. Victims and perps wrong colors. You’re a racist for caring.
Barack Obama using a fraudulent Social Security number for years, being elected under false pretenses has no true, provable history. Barack Obama extending “executive privilege” into the “Fast and Furious” case, protecting exactly whom? Himself? Holder? Regardless, perp(s) wrong color. You’re a racist for caring.

Under questioning by Senator Charles Grassley, Attorney General Eric Holder testified that a handful of emails written to Department of Justice officials by former ATF Acting Director Kenneth Melson are being withheld illegally from congressional committees as a result of Barack Obama’s claim of executive privilege. Kept now under lock and key thanks to the June 20th order, the emails have been described by Melson as “smoking guns” in that–contrary to Holder’s testimony to congress–they “show senior DOJ officials knew about and approved the gun walking tactics in Fast and Furious.” (1)
Fifteen months ago, Melson began his own investigation of Fast and Furious by reading through the wiretap affidavits sent by the ATF to Main Justice in Washington. He found that the information included in the necessarily detailed documents bore little resemblance to the “facts” which had earlier been relayed to Congress by Assistant Attorney General Ron Weich. In a … Continue Reading:Obama has suppressed Fast and Furious email “smoking gun”

Barack Obama’s invocation of executive privilege to keep subpoenaed documents from congressional committees investigating Fast and Furious came as rather a shock to many DC observers. It wasn’t that pundits were surprised the “most transparent administration in history” had chosen to OFFICIALLY cover up the Fast and Furious affair. After all, no one actually believed Obama’s phony openness claims in the first place.
What really confounded Administration friends and foes alike was the fact Obama invoked the privilege in the face of such an extensive body of disapproving legal precedent. “Where there is reason to believe…documents sought may shed light on government misconduct, ‘the privilege is routinely denied…’” wrote the DC District Court of Appeals in the Clinton era US v Espy case. How could a former instructor of law make such an obvious and fundamental legal “error?” (1)

The man who assured Senator Charles Grassley that no “gunwalking” had taken place during Operation Fast and Furious has just resigned from the Department of Justice. “The allegation…that ATF ‘sanctioned’ or otherwise knowingly allowed the sale of assault weapons to a straw purchaser who then transported them to Mexico—is false,” wrote Assistant Attorney General Ron Weich in his now infamous February 4th, 2011 letter to congress. Nine months later the DOJ retracted that letter, advising congress it contained “inaccuracies.”
It was just 48 hours after news that a Contempt of Congress charge against Attorney General Eric Holder would be put to a House vote that Weich decided to end his Department of Justice career. Confirmed by a 2009 Senate vote to his post in the Office of Legislative Affairs, Weich is the first of Barack Obama’s Main Justice, political appointees to resign as a probable result of Fast and Furious involvement. … Continue Reading:Threat of Fast and Furious pay back claims DOJ ally of Eric Holder
