The double talking liberal Democrats in Illinois have voted down a Republican measure to demand photo ID be produced by those attempting to vote. The arguments they made were the same shopworn nonsense they always use: “Such a law will discourage voting” “It disadvantage minority groups” and so on.
In spite of the ever increasing movement toward photo identification everywhere we look, these people are able to kill photo ID bills. They have the votes in the Illinois Legislature and fear their fraudulent voters will not be able to keep supporting them if the system all of a sudden became honest overnight.
Gun Control is their religion
The same liberal Democrats who fight to keep voters from having to produce photo ID, have now passed a new law that will DEMAND photo ID for those who want to exercise their Second Amendment rights and buy a gun.

The State of Texas has set up a website to collect and post the stories real victims of Barack Obama’s non enforcement border policies have to tell.
The stories these real Americans tell need to be heard and acted on if we are ever to gain control of our southern border. Here are some of the witness accounts posted on the site.

The case of Fort Hood murderer, United States Army Major Nidal Malik Hasan has dragged on for seventeen months. This loathsome coward’s acts cannot be forgotten.
Here’s a recap of some of the latest developments.
Fort Hood Shooter’s Gun
One of the guns used by Hasan was a FN Herstal 5.7 semiautomatic pistol. This fact is significant because it adds to the growing body of evidence that Mexican Cartels are working with Islamist terrorists. In return for smuggling them over our borders, Islamist terrorists are teaching the Cartels how to make effective IEDs. These guns are a favorite shopping list item when the Mexican criminals send their lackeys north to buy guns. They use armor piercing bullets that are designed to kill police officers.

Last Friday the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) tried to pull a fast one by announcing that although we “gained” just 36,000 jobs our unemployment rate had fallen a full .4 % to 9.0%. This nonsense was countered by a largely underreported release from Gallup which set the unemployment rate at a more believable 9.8%.
How can we possibly believe these people?
The BLS report also told us that contrary to its own previous statements there were actually 150,000 fewer jobs created during 2010 than they had announced there were.
Another admission from the media/Obama cabal is that the 83,000 average increase of new jobs over the last three months is actually not enough to even keep up with population growth from legal immigration.

Elections do make a difference: Liberals work against America and conservatives work for America as this comparison of two newly elected governors’ shows.
Both Florida at 12% and Rhode Island at 11.6% are suffering unemployment levels far above the national average. Both states welcomed new governors this month and both Rick Scott a conservative Republican of Florida and Lincoln Chafee a liberal Independent of Rhode Island took immediate action to address their state’s unemployment woes.
In Tallahassee, Scott issued a series of Executive Orders one of which included a directive to his state’s agencies that they must immediately begin using the E-Verify system to certify the eligibility of state employees and contractors they use as to citizenship.
