Governor Brewer prevents Obama turning 80,000 illegals into Arizona welfare recipients

Governor Jan Brewer has put the kibosh on Barack Obama’s unconstitutional, Dream Act “end run” around the US Congress by signing an executive order which will keep an estimated 80,000 illegal aliens off of Arizona welfare rolls. (1)

In June, Barack Obama directed the U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS)—a division of Homeland Security–to provide illegal aliens the means of deferring federal deportation orders. With this Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, the president allows illegals who claim to have come to the United States as children to both avoid deportation and apply for US work permits in their state of residence by meeting any one of a number of conditions of eligibility.

Of course, as ICE Council president Chris Crane has already made clear, no illegal applying under the program is likely to be denied that eligibility. Will armed citizens finally secure the Arizona border?

It’s no secret that Barack Hussein Obama and the rest of the American left have been importing illegal aliens in ever increasing numbers for the purpose of supplementing the “dead voter” turnout every November. And as we all know, if illegals committed voter fraud at a 70% clip in favor of Republicans rather than Democrats, the border would be sealed tighter than a drum and states like California would be wondering what to do with their budget surplus.

Last year, Arizona Governor Jan Brewer signed a measure which authorizes the creation of a state guard, that is, a militia which could work either in conjunction with the National Guard, or on its own “…for any reason the governor considers to be necessary.” (1)

Arizona’s SB 1070 law is chasing out illegals: New Mexico is welcoming them, for now

Last spring when Arizona’s Governor Jan Brewer signed SB 1070 into law, both sides of the illegal alien issue knew it would have a major affect on the hundreds of thousands of illegals living in her state. Nevertheless, neither side could envision what has happened so far.

A study done by the Mexican government found that as many as 100,000 Hispanics (many presumably illegal Mexicans given the Mexican government’s strong support of illegals) had left Arizona in just the past several months.

The Mexicans have a strong interest in knowing where these people went because after oil export revenues, the money sent back to Mexico by their millions of citizens living and working here illegal is the nation’s second greatest source of income.
