In January 2009 Barack Obama and his Marxist Congress had a choice. They could ram through the Freedom Of Choice Act (FOCA) appeasing the abortion hungry Left or let it sit while they rammed through “more important items” like Obamacare and Card Check to appease their union masters. Their sense of the situation told them they probably couldn’t do both.
Now after a series of stinging defeats on Card Check and the ever dimming chances of Obamacare actually happening, Obama has run back to safe territory. He has off FOCA’s Conscience Clause. Obviously Obama’s political handlers have concluded there are votes to be had in a fight with Christians in general and the Catholic Church in particular over abortion.

Imagine asking the judge who just revoked your driver’s license if you’ll still be allowed to drive. Last month, Northern Florida Federal Judge Roger Vinson declared the individual mandate–the centerpiece of ObamaCare, also known as the Affordable Care Act–to be unconstitutional. And as Vinson ruled that the mandate could not be separated from the rest of the Act, the entire law was struck down.
Now never having attended law school means that, unlike attorneys, when it comes to thinking and decision making I’ve been reduced to a reliance upon common sense, common decency and a simple understanding of the difference between right and wrong. Of course, lawyers aren’t limited by such pedestrian restraints. So the same people who maintain that the Constitution is far too complex to be deciphered by anyone but a lawyer, are now claiming to not understand the meaning and consequences of the word “unconstitutional.”

There are a few things that jump out of any discussion on Obamacare that are hard to refute:
1) The more government involvement in anything, the more expensive it becomes and the less efficiently it is delivered.
2) Every country that has socialized healthcare and total government involvement provides care that is inferior to the healthcare we receive here in America.
Boiling the 2000 pages of Obamacare down to its weakest points shows us one of the most effective ways to stop Obama is the immediate repeal of the 85/15 split requirement.

“With age comes wisdom” has never been truer in our lifetimes. America’s seniors will soon be turning their accumulated hard earned wisdom into an avalanche of votes that will smother Democrats across the country.
In 2008 senior voters surprised Democrats by not falling for Obama’s lies. Grandparents knew their naïve children were swallowing the Democrats’ something – for – nothing socialist propaganda, but as a solitary group they could not prevent the disaster their lifetimes of experience told them was coming.
For America’s seniors nothing has changed save for a heightening of their fears for the future and an even stronger resolve to resist Obama’s lies. Far exceeding the general turn out of 52%, in 2008 almost 80% of seniors voted. When a San Antonio high school senior was arrested for bring a .38 handgun to school in 1992 a chain of events started that some legal scholars believe will end up shooting down Obamacare. The kid’s conduct violated a relatively new law making the possession of a gun in a school a federal crime over and above any state law.
The Gun-Free School Zones Act of 1990 and the Commerce Clause
For reasons not immediately clear the kid fought the law all the way up to the United States Supreme Court where his conviction on the federal charge was overturned by a 5 to 4 vote.
